Bespoke Kitchen Manufacture

Manufactured & crafted in-house with traditional kitchen techniques.

The manufacture of your bespoke cabinetry takes place in our workshop in Crowborough. We undertake our works utilising traditional methods and modern day machinery to ensure a high quality product that is not only fit for purpose to stand the test of time but will look amazing too. The majority of our cabinetry is still manufactured and assembled by hand and this is what enables us to offer the level of bespoke service we do. Our team of 4 skilled cabinet makers manufacture everything. We do not out source anything. We simply purchase material and hardware and can welcome you to the workshop to show you every step of the process to give you confidence in our product. Whether its us showing you our solid dovetailed drawers being dovetailed in our dovetailer or our 25mm thick maple doors being machined and assembled you can be sure to come away knowing you have found the right company for the job!

Painting Process

After manufacturing, we take pride in handpainting all of our cabinetry unless stated otherwise. However after completing the necessary processes in the workshop, each piece is color-matched and primed right here.
We then carefully sand it down and prepare it in the customer’s selected color. Once this step is finished, our talented cabinet painters arrive on-site to apply the final top coat, ensuring everything is ready for the customer to enjoy.

Quality Checked

Before our custom cabinetry departs from the workshop, we conduct a thorough quality check. Our dedicated workshop team ensures that each unit undergoes a final inspection before it is loaded onto the van. This process guarantees that every unit is matched with the signed-off documents. When the installation team arrives on-site, they can verify it against the drawings once more before installation.

Being fully bespoke

We use some of the finest components and the best of British craftsmanship to create a fully bespoke product. Every piece we produce is uniquely designed and made by hand. Our manufacturing process has been meticulously tested and improved over the years, guaranteeing that you receive top-notch quality and craftsmanship. Each cabinet maker in our workshop is dedicated to delivering the finest product, ensuring that we stay current and provide our customers with the best possible outcome in everything we do.

Materials Used

Our cabinetry is crafted from a mix of various materials. The frames and doors are constructed from solid tulipwood, while the standard carcass is made of oak veneered MDF. All of our doors can be mounted using traditional butt hinges or Blum hinges, depending on your preference. When looking into our manufacture process, you’ll find that our drawer boxes are made from solid oak and are dovetailed. Our design and workshop team would be delighted to discuss prices, materials and options in more detail at the design and manufacturing stage.

“A Handmade kitchen is a testament to craftmanship, where every detail is thoughtfully crafted to create a space that is lovingly yours. Every kitchen has our full personal attention and careful detail.”
