If you have ideas to create a new living space within your home but don’t know where to start we can help! We have architects and structural engineers as part of our team that can help you with these early plans. Then once they are in place and you are happy with how to move forward then we can help design you a new kitchen into the space you are going to create. We can also undertake any of the internal works or advise with some great local builders to do the external works before handing back to us to complete the interiors. We use the same fantastic team on all of our projects so the work and finish is seamless and stress free for you.

- Submit planning if needed to your local council and lease with building control
- Check structural works to be completed before undertaking
- Arrange meetings and designs with Electrician, Plumber and other services.
- Ensure all materials are on order and onsite ready for relevant trades – ensuring no delays
- Full work plans for all trades to ensure no last minute changes or concerns for you.
- Ensuring all the works are undertaken swiftly and in a clean environment.
