The process usually involves a site visit by us to determine what it is you are looking to achieve. We then come back and arrange a meeting between you and our supplier to go and choose your sanitary items. They give you a quote and send it to us, where we pass on a new quote to you offering our discount.
We then give you a detailed price for the works that are required – Removal of old suite, tiles and pipework, Re placement of pipework and electrics, secure wall alteration if there are any heavy duty items going onto the wall or floor. Ensuring everything is structurally sound, arranging plasterers, tilers, decorators, 2nd fix electrics and plumbing and then the installation of the full suite. We can also make you any bespoke furniture that you require in vanity units or cistern housing.
